Marques De Caceres Wine #ad

I can't remember the last time we had such an amazing Summer and what better way is there to enjoy the sunshine than socialising outdoors with friends and family. We have been enjoying a selection of different wines from Marques de Caceres over the past few weeks and have been sharing them with friends and family on various occasions. We have been having BBQ's most weekends since we moved into our new house and everybody loves a refreshing glass of wine on a summer evening with tasty food. Everybody has their own taste when it comes to wine so I have been sure to see what others think as well as myself. I personally love sweet fruity wines and found the Rose was more to my taste than the others so was the first to be finished during our BBQ's. It had a very floral taste to it and wasn't as sweet as I would usually pick but it was full of flavour and had a nice fresh taste. The Blanco White was also popular amongst guests. It was very rich and dry so not really to my taste but I am in the minority when it comes to most of our family and friends as they prefer dry wines and tend to give me any that are too sweet for them. It worked out perfectly having a mix of wines to suit everybody.

Of course wine is also a picnic essential and so we took the last two bottles along with us on our trip  to watch Pretty Woman with The Luna Cinema at the National Memorial Aboretum this weekend. It is one of my all-time favourite films and there was a large group of us going so we took a large selection of food and drinks to really enjoy the evening. We took with us a bottle of Verdejo white and a bottle of Rioja red for everyone to try. The Rioja went down really well but I found the Verdejo white wasn't as popular, I personally wasn't a fan of this one. It was the only wine out of the selection that didn't seem to have many fans.

Marques de Caceres Verdejo White (£8.99)
Lovely aromatic white wine from the highly regarded Rueda region, full of character and balanced acidity. Expect nutty, herbaceous and citrus notes. Pairs well with spicy foods and grilled fish.

Marques de Caceres Rosado Rosé (£8.49)
A blend of 96% Tempranillo and 4% Grenache grapes, Marques de Caceres Rosado Rose Wine is an attractive pink wine with floral, berry notes.

Marques de Caceres Blanco White (£8.49)
Marques de Caceres Blanco is a rich and dry white wine. Minerals lace through notes of grapefruit and pear, making this a fresh and crisp feeling wine on the palate.

It was a great selection of wine and it is always nice to try different varieties especially when you have people to share them with. They are a great low price and are available to order at www.drinksupermarket.com. They are also all suitable for vegans.

Have you tried any Marques de Caceres wines before?
