Dora & Friends Train & Play Dora & Perrito

Saturday, 7 November 2015

Gracie and Zach love watching Dora & Friends on Nick Jr. They love joining in and helping her and her friends on their adventures. Gracie was asked to review Dora & Friends Train & Play Perrito from Fisher Price. Dora has over 40 phrases in both English and Spanish and she can teach Perrito to perform a range of tricks.

Gracie's favourite thing about Train & Play Dora & Perrito was teaching him tricks. Dora can make Perrito sit by lowering her hand or make him stand by raising the same arm. If you sit Dora down and face Perrito to her, she talks to him and he climbs up to give her a kiss! He comes with a small toy which you can hold up to him to make him play. Gracie loves how they can sense and react to each other. She also loves copying Dora's phrases and trying to remember them.

What I really like about Train & Play Dora & Perrito is that the lead is attached to Dora's hand to avoid it being lost. You can unplug Perrito from the lead if you wish but he won't work whilst unattached. It is a really nice and sturdy toy, Dora stands easily without support and we have had absolutely no problems with the toy at all. I really like Dora's character and the way she helps children practice Spanish in a fun and easy way and this toy really supports that. It can also be played independently with no help as it is so simple and easy to use.

Gracie has now reviewed a few different Dora & Friends toys. We previously reviewed a few for a Dora & Friends Twitter Party. This is by far our favourite out of them all though!

Dora & Friends Train & Play Perrito would make a great gift for any young child this Christmas. It is currently £33.99 at Argos* but is also in the 3 for 2 offer.
