Week Six Weigh In21:35:00
You may know I have been on holiday, I didn't weigh while I was away and so will resume now. Whilst away I did indulge in eating lots of yummy food and put on almost 5lbs! So I now have to lose those pounds again but I don't regret it. I had a lovely holiday and feel great.
This week I found myself wearing the same clothes as I did in the photo in my first post of my weight loss journey and although I have said many times that I couldn't see a physical difference in myself, I was amazed looking in the mirror. There really is a huge difference in my body already!
I haven't been doing any specific exercise regimes but have been walking a lot more than usual and even whilst on holiday I went for a run along the beach which was lovely. I took my Biosynergy Active Woman Activate powder with me and I really do swear by it to help me keep going longer whenever I do any form of exercise.
This week I was sent a huge parcel of Slimfast products to take part in the #SlimFastChallenge. For two weeks I will be following the Slimfast plan, each day I will have two meal replacements (either meal bars or shakes) and one balanced meal. I can then also have 3 snacks under 100 calories throughout the day. I am looking forward to following the plan properly and seeing what difference it can make in just two weeks.
